Nine Center 9 Chakra Meditation

What are Nine Chakras in Meditation?

First Chakra is Mooladhara. It is located at the tail bone or the last bone of your vertebrae. It is connected to the adrenal gland. It gives us vitality for life and regulates metabolism. Mooladhara is symbolic of earth energy. Your genetic center is located here. Meditating over mooladhara chakra converts your spiritual energy to metabolic, physical energy.
Second Chakra is Swadhisthana  It is connected to your sexual gland. It gives us vital energy and longevity. Svatishtana is located four inches below your naval point. It is symbolic of water energy. Meditating over Svathistana gives you creativity and the ability to connect with higher level souls.
Third Chakra is Manipuraha. It is located at the naval point. It is connected to Pancreas gland. It is responsible for digestion, absorption of nutrients and maintaining vital circulations in the body. Manipuraha is symbolic of fire energy. Your digestive ability is directly controlled by Manipuraha. Meditating over Manipuraha chakra increases your metabolism and gives you esoteric experiences.
Fourth Chakra is Anahadha. It is located four inches above solar plexus near your heart region. Thymus gland is located here. Thymus gland is our trainer gland that controls body’s immunity against diseases. It is symbolic of air energy. Meditating over Anahadha Chakra gives you immunity and courage.
Fifth Chakra is Visuddhi. It is located two inches above the throat hole. It is symbolic of Ether or Akash energy. Thyroid gland is located here. Meditating over Visuddhi gives you physical and mental strength.
Sixth Chakra is Agna. It is located in between the two eyebrows above the nose. It is connected to the pituitary gland and is also called the third eye. Meditating over Agna Chakra opens your consciousness and you begin your inner journey towards realising yourself. It gives you control over your senses.
Seventh Chakra is Thuriya . It is also called the crown Chakra and is located on top the head. It is connected to the Pineal gland. Meditating over Sahasrahara stablises your mind at Alpha level of frequency. It gives you the ability to introspect and understand your karmas or imprints. It also enables you to change your imprints, characters and personality. It helps you start your journey towards the purpose of life.
Eighth Chakra is Universal, Cosmic Energy State. It is located outside of the body. Meditating over the universe that includes millions of stars helps to go to Theta level of frequency and understand the origin of the universe.
Ninth Chakra is the Almighty consciousness state. It is located outside of the body. It is the all pervasive, all penetrative, self-compressive, surrounding pressure force beyond the universe. This almighty state has no shape or colour or form or sound. It is a static state.

Who can do Nine Center Meditation?

Nine Center meditation can be done by anyone above the age of 14. Proper initiation by a trainer is necessary before doing this meditation.


Preparation for meditation:
  • Sit comfortably in Sukhasana  on a mat on floor in a quiet, clean, roofed and airy room.
  • Lights may be switched off.
  • Avoid meditating when you are sick or near a sick person. Avoid meditating in public places or open places or in temples.
  • You can meditate anytime convenient for you but not when you are tired or feeling sleepy or have just eaten a meal.
  • Keep your eyes closed throughout the meditation.
  • Ignore all thoughts, sounds and other disturbances.
May the almighty force purify the atmosphere around us. (3 times)
May the almighty force descend upon our body and mind and purify the same. (3)
May the almighty force protect us, guide us, lead us, support us day and night at all times, in all places and in all our duties. (3)

We are going to be doing nine center 9 chakra meditation.
The first chakra in the nine chakra meditation is Muladhara or Mooladhara. It is the tail bone of your vertebral column. It is related to the adrenal gland. Those who have learned Kaya Kalpa Yoga, do Ashiwini Mudhra ten times. Muladhara meditation.
The second chakrs in the nine chakra meditation is Swadhisthana. It is four inches below the naval point in front the body. It is related to the sexual gland. Meditate for one minute at the Swathishtana chakra.
The third chakra in the nine chakra meditation is Manipuraha. It is at the naval point. It is related to the pancreas gland. Meditate for three minutes at Manipuraha.
The fourth chakra in the nine chakra meditation is Anahada. It is four inches above solar plexis and four inches below the throat hole. It is related to the Thymus gland. Meditate for three minutes at Anahada.
The fifth chakra in the nine chakra meditation is Visukthi. It is two inches above the throat hole. It is related to the Thyroid gland. Meditate for three minutes at Visukthi.
The sixth chakra in the nine chakra meditation is Ajna. It is in between the eyebrows. It is related to the Pituitary gland. Meditate for three minutes at Ajna.
The seventh chakra in the nine chakra meditation is Thuriyam. It is on top of your head and is also called the crown chakra. It is related to the Pineal gland. Meditate at Thureeyam for three minutes.
The eight chakra in the  the Universal magnetic field, Cosmic Energy State. From the Sun expand the mind up to the entire universe that includes millions of stars. Meditate in  Universe for three minutes.
The ninth chakra in nine chakra meditation is Almighty consciousness state. Beyond the universe, surround pressure force is almighty force. It is all pervasive, almighty, and omnipresent. Meditate over the Shiva Kalam or almighty consciousness state which is dark, fluid, endless state for three minutes.
Now we are going to be concluding the nine chakra meditation.
Slowly contract from Almighty consciousness state to Universal magnetic field, Cosmic Energy State.
Contract further from Universal magnetic field or to the Sun.
Come down from the Sun to the Moon.
Come down from the Moon to Thuvathasangam, one foot above your head.
Come down to Thuriyam.
Spread the meditate energy throughout the body and soul. Let the meditated energy purify each and every cell in the body and purify the mind.
Keep the mind at Thureeyam chakra.
Take a sanklapa.
May the almighty force shower me with good health, long life, enough wealth, peace, prosperity, fame and wisdom. (3)

Bless those who help us in our daily duties.
